Themes (one-time purchase)
Themes are one-time purchases with no subscription. A theme you buy stays on your account, even if you downgrade or cancel a plan.

Billing
- Every purchase is sold and collected by Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), the merchant of record. Polar collects payment, issues receipts, and handles sales tax and VAT.
- Prices exclude tax. Any tax for your location is calculated and shown at checkout.
- Each computer can try the Advance plan free for 14 days, once. The trial needs no payment method, and when it ends the app returns to the free version without charging you.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the current period; you will not be charged again.
- Your first paid subscription charge can be fully refunded within 14 days. Later renewal charges are not refundable, without affecting your statutory rights. Themes can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.
- Basic and Advance are personal licenses, paid for by the person who uses them. For a company or organization paying for its members, use Enterprise.
Enterprise team plan
- One admin pays for and manages the whole team. US$49.90 a month includes 5 seats; each extra seat isUS$11.90, up to 20 seats.
- Adding seats mid-month is charged right away for the rest of the current period, then in full from the next one.
- Removing seats mid-month credits the rest of the current period to your account balance, which pays toward later invoices. It is not refunded as cash.
- When a member joins a team, any Basic or Advance subscription they pay for themselves is canceled at once, and the rest of its current period is refunded. If they join within 14 days of their first payment, the refund is in full.
- A member who leaves the team, or whose team plan ends, returns to the free version. Their old personal subscription does not restart on its own.
